the uke gets crippled by some guy and his sister's fiancé stays with him and helps him while the sister is away. She is a bitch but she senses sth is off and warns the uke, but he just brushes her off. In the end, she gets killed and it turns out that it's been the seme's plan from the beginning to make him a cripple so that the uke would need him and the seme could take care of him and get close to him. It is part of another manga.
