Hi. Please help me find a manga where the main female character (she might be a doll/robot maker/fixer of some kind) finds a "broken" robot/doll/(real?) boy for sale and she trades in her eye or arm (I'm think it was her arm) for the boy.

At first, he doesn't understand why and seems apathetic towards her, I think, but he eventually ends up protecting her from someone who tries to attack her.
