We are a fairly new YAOI scanlation group. We are working on some scanlations for our private community, as well as working on projects that will be made public.
We are an extremely small group. Right now we consist of 2 Editors (we do the cleaning, typesetting, proofreading and QCing), 2 translators and 1 scanner. We aren't looking to increase our numbers by much, however we do need more translators.
Right now we are looking to add at least 2 more translators to the team. We will take both Japanese -> English as well as Chinese -> English translators. Note We are buying all of our manga and will be working with Japanese Raws, however if you are a CHN -> ENG translator we will provide you with CHN scans.
The other editor and I also work full time with another Yaoi Scanlation group (Bakeneko Scanlations), so no need to feel like you are going to be rushed to complete projects. Since everyone in the group has worked with scalation for a while, we all know that translation is very time consuming. We are hoping to release at least one title (possibly 2) per week once we get a steady group of translators.
One of the best things about being in a small group is the fact that you have a say in what projects we do. We make sure that all titles are approved by the whole team before we buy them.
We are a pretty mature group with most of the members being over 25. However, that doesn't mean we don't fangasm just like any other fujoshi/fudanshi would. We are laid back and, of course, we love yaoi!
Requirements
Not sure these would qualify as 'requirements' but I don't know how else to put it
1. Since this is a Yaoi Scanlation Group, you must be okay with translating manga with Yaoi Boy x Boy content.
2. Some of the projects we are doing have hardcore elements such as bondage and rape. We have the cute stuff too, so if you are more comfortable with those then please let us know.
3. There is no test for the translator position, however you must KNOW the language that you are translating..... no google translate 😔 That is just bad
4. It's not a necessity, but having Skype is a plus! It is so hard to work as a group if there is no communication
Our Current (Public) Projects

Okay, so we have had a few translators contact us. However, once we gave them the projects, they were never heard from again. We are extremely laid back. We don't even give you a set time to have the chapter translated by. We just ask that you work on it when you have the chance. If you want to help out, all we ask is for you to communicate with us. Don't leave us hanging. We have some really great projects lined up and need your help to get them out there. We are thankful for the translator that we have but we need more to be able to release in a more timely manner. 😃
