So does anyone here use ebook readers? I'm thinking of getting one and I was wondering if anyone could give me recommendations for the best one.

I do. 😀 A Sony Reader Daily Edition (I think). It's really good and convenient. When I want to read a book I just buy it whenever I want since it has 3G. It's in black and white, just like book pages. It does not have internet browser, just the easy access to the Sony Reader Store. It comes with a dictionary, and can carry music and photos. 🙂

My problem with most of those ebook readers is that only books bought by their specific ebook providers can be uploaded to them. This is particularly annoying to me when the wonderful internet provides all those books for free. So what I really want is a eReader that supports free ebooks.
Oh is there anyway that these free ebooks can be uploaded to the kindle?

Father just got me the kobo for Christmas. Quite like it... though I still prefer to have a hard copy of a book. I'm going to put manga on it.
