Right, pretty much what's on the tin. Basically I think I read this as a one-shot online a bit ago, but I didn't mark down the title and I can't find it again, and it's really bugging me. >.<; So if this sounds like something you've read please let me know. ^^

I believe that this'd count as shoujo, romance, and school life, along with being a one shot, but I've looked for titles like that and it hasn't worked out for me thus far.

The story's about a half-English girl who has a crush on the head of her school's disciplinary committee, but the vice-head keeps bugging her about her hair and eye colour, and thinks she's lying about her heritage. After a bit she recruits the vice-head to help her stalk the guy she likes in order to find out more about him, and they get closer... Naturally it ends with the head being a total jerk and the vice-head and the girl end up together.

So, uh, yeah. ^^; I've checked the site where I think I found it, along with the other site where I usually read manga online several times, but I've had no luck at all. The artist isn't someone I recognize, and I think there's a slight chance that it was included within another series, 'cuz I've checked the one shots more than enough times. ._.; I haven't been getting manga directly from the scan groups for a while since I don't have IRC anymore, so I don't have any idea who scanned it, either. >.<;
