Hey, guys. Does anyone know the title of this manga?

There's this boy with cat ears (they're like an abnormality like warts or something in this univ.) and a doctor who invented a plant that produces a juice/oil that could be the cure for the cat ears. Then the plant grows some tentacles and...you know how this one goes...But it didn't get rid of the ears.

I can't remember what happened next, but it ended with the doctor and the boy hooking up.
