This week's non-manga-related poll is from our member icassop. You do exercise or work out? If so, how often? And what kind stuff do you do? For me, I play racquetball like once every 2 weeks. That's about all I do...
You can submit poll ideas here (and try to keep them manga/anime-related)

Unleast my job count, then no i don't do any physical exercise, but my job is really physical, so i don't think i need any exercise other then my job.
Um, well no. Not really. I don't do things to purposefully exercise anyway.
I walk everywhere though. Walking is my main mode of transport. I get my exercise that way XD

Does bicycling for shopping a couple times also counts?

Sometimes... usually only if I'm actually working (like when I do construction). Otherwise, I really don't need it. Well, I do, but it's not like I'm overweight. I'm just not in shape, either. My metabolism works really well even though I'm in my mid-twenties. If I were to exercise, I'd bulk up fairly quicker than most people, but I'd have to keep up that workout schedule. Otherwise, I fear my stand-still metabolism (I don't know the proper term) metabolism would plummet. I know too many people who worked out all during high school for football (American) and got fat after they graduated, no matter what sort of employment they had afterwards. I'm fine weighing 155 lbs. Not fat, but not wiry either. Maybe I'm just lucky...

Yes. Just because one runs errands while doing it doesn't make it not count. It's just not exercising for the sake of exercising. If anything, it's smarter (IMO) to do something meaningful while exercising so you don't give up on it.

I live far from stuff, I need to bicycle a 3 km for the center of town. In the summer no trouble( I already did 65 km with a crappy old bike), but in rain season or in the season when heaven likes to dump a tick layer of snow. I don't like my bicycle in that period (note: I don't have a car )

If you weight 155lb then I hope your not a 5 feet tall, otherwise you've got a problem.

I take a vigorous walk everyday to and from the library. Which is quite a ways away from my house. I certainly can't exercise without a purpose.

i don't exercise for exercise sake, but i do love to dance in arcade or using my ps2. i love playing, dancing and having fun, exercising just don't sound fun to me. but yeah, since there is no schedule, i'm now an overweight slob since i don't take care of my food intake either. so anyway i tick sometimes because i never knew when the mood hit me.
