Often, I search for a new manga based on whether I want a shorter or longer read by looking at the number of volumes. However, I have to go through each manga to get an idea on its length. Hence, It would be nice to have the number of volumes/chapters within a sortable column in the search results (in addition to title, genre, year and rating).

I am unsure if this is possible or not, but most mangas has a number in "Status in Country of Origin" section.

This, if possible, would be awesome. At the very least some way to differentiate one-shots would be extremely useful.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.

I also like this idea. I don't have time to read long series anymore. So I prefer shorter stuff.

I can promise that the search feature will be one of the last, if not the last, to see changes if we do decide to update anything.

Every time I search by title I can nicely sort by volume or chapter. However, when I try searching by genre or category I am always reminded of that lacking feature. I end up clicking through every title and hope to find a good number of volume/chapter depending on how much time I have.

Hopefully, I think others will find that feature very useful to find their next awesome read 😀 .

Anyways, I find myself often refreshing the releases page to see if anything interesting pops up or some serendipity might be at play. I love how I can keep tabs on every manga I'm reading or looking forward to and easily find similar or related mangas with this site, and hope it continues to grow over the next few decades if possible XD.

Thanks for keeping it up and I look forward to the day that the volume/chapter column might be implemented 😁 . Like a stubborn old geezer, I will continue to bump this topic once a while every year not to be forgotten as long as I am alive and kicking 🤣

I can agree this would be awesome to see..... I'm rather tired of haaving to decide between exclude oneshots, and only show completed/completely scanalated when I'm trying to find a complete series x.x... not to mention that when I do its usually only 1 volume ;-;.

That being said this is pretty much the only thing I found even slightly annoying, and all it takes is a few extra mins of searching to get your results. Nothing to drop any important updates to work on 🙂
