I'm looking for a manga that's main character appears to have pink hair and be an officer, who is involved with a rough-looking detective with brown hair. The cover image was used as a recruitment page for the group "Lenocinium Obscurum".

Thank you for posting the image. My guess would be that it's artwork from Lion to Neko no Koi by Ichijou Lemon.
