Every kid should _________

What are some things you think every kid should do/have/experience/etc. and why??
I'm not looking for the standard stuff like eat a balanced diet, or have a loving stable home, but some of the more oddball stuff you may have learned from being a kid, having kids, or just thinking about being a kid.
Here's mine:
Every kid should learn to ice skate around age 5-6, in full hockey gear. Kids this age are light & close to the ground so they don't fall too hard to start with, and with the full hockey gear (almost all) falls become fun rather than painful. (Plus it's really funny to watch all those little kids zooming around on the ice, and crashing and not caring! 🤣 )

Have a pet, that way he can learn to take care of somebody or even make friends with others who like pets.

Every kid should learn how to ride a bike.
I never learned how to ride one when I was younger... and I'd seem like a weird teenager in training wheels if I try to learn it now. 🤣 🤣
Every kid should be able to play in the rain.
Once again, I never experienced this as a kid... but it seems like a really fun experience for children.

I wasn't much of a outside kid, so I don't really know about exciting activities... for me, normal activities are actually special because I never had the change to do them. They should:
I agree with having a pet, but probably a dog that is easier to take care of and is more fun to be with. I almost killed my hamster when I was a kid... and I never liked the idea of a animal in cage (though having a dog and restraining him to only of place of the house is also a cage... anyway...).
... learn how to swim. I didn't learn it when I was a kid and right now I really want to, but I don't have the time and patience (since everyone makes it look so simple and, for me, it isn't, since I'm not familiar with water). Oh, also do gymnastic stuff, like a somersault, because it is cool and I didn't how to do it in school.
... learn another language, because it is easier and it is pretty cool to grow up talking in another language (I had to start learning English by myself with 12 years old). Also, learn about dinossaurs and space... and how to play a instrument, get in touch with music.
... sleep over at a friend's house. My mother used to hate the idea... but I think it is nice to sleep over once in awhile (and realize how different other families are).
This sounds more like "list of things I wanted to learn but didn't have the chance to".
Oh, and never let them alone in the supermarket queue while you go buy something else. I hate it so much, even now.
And ice skate. Impossible for someone who lives in Brazil. /cries in a corner
Playing in the rain might be fun, but if it's cold it sucks!
I would say every kid should play with dirt and wreck havoc around with stuff, well, they do even if you don't tell them 🤣

Here's my list:
- play in the rain (definite yes)
- build sandcastles
- finger paint
- pretty much anything else that let's them get dirty 😀
I give up. I see not point in living if I can't be beautiful.

Every kid should have somebody who loves them, a home to be able to stay, food to eat every day and be able to have play and have fun.
