I know there is a post about semes being construction workers and manual laborers. I was looking for ukes who tend to have low pay or manual jobs.

I know many of Kano Shiuko's manga have such a theme, with her ukes (and often semes as well) working in the construction business. First and foremost, though, I recommend her series "Punch Up" which features the uke as a construction worker and the seme as a well-known rich architect. It's pretty porn-y but I think it's quite cute.
