I guess it's possible. On the one hand, there's the one-eye showing thing, and the way her hair falls around her face in sort of a swirl. But on the other hand, what was up with the freak-out over the "man" comment? ...Actually, given that Madara is immortal, that last bit might make sense if you'd ever read/seen the movie of Virginia Woolf's Orlando. (After living for hundreds of years, an immortal nobleman eventually "evolves" into a woman.)

Anyway, Naruto letting random ninja beat the sh*t out of him for Sasuke's sake? Barf. How stupid can he be? Wonder if the cloud nins will take him out to ramen afterwards as an apology (or something else equally sentimental). Let the power of love and friendship begin!

• I think that whether Naruto said some info or not, Sasuke would've beaten those two Cloud ninjas anyways. So, I guess it's more a matter of principles. I find it pointless for them to ask for info though. I mean, Samui is asking for info as we speak, from the Hokage nonetheless. That's all the info they need. In my opinion, this part in the chapter was kind of redundant.

• I'm scared that Kishi's going to introduce too many characters (since lots have disappeared already), and make the plot all jumbled. Hope that doesn't happen. These new characters better be interesting! (Though we didn't get to see much of Suigetsu and Juugo who were interesting as well - let's not talk about Karin... )

• I don't expect anything major to happen next chapter. Probably a bit of Naruto and Sasuke, and maybe the Kages meeting.

I'm not sure what to think.

If feels like things are building up again. I've got a funny feeling that war is going to be declared or something at this Kage meeting. Or that it's Madara's plan to have a big war between all the Kages happen.

Danzo is continuing to show his evil side. I wonder if he is the root cause for everything from Orochimaru to Akatsuki all because he got passed up for Kage when he was younger.

Not sure what to think about the Mizukage...think they already got a new replacement? That 'blow up' at the man comment felt like the way a woman would react...not a guy pretending to be a woman. One way to piss off a woman...tell her she needs a man to protect her. She'll interpret it as that she is a weak woman who needs saving...and this woman is a ninja on top of that.

As for Naruto...I guess he felt there was nothing he could do. He can't beat them up. He can't tell them about Sasuke. He wants to prevent them from killing Sasuke...so I guess he felt like they needed to vent their frustration so they might as well use him since he will heal anyways and maybe they will see that through him being loyal to Sasuke that maybe Sasuke isn't the bad guy they think he is.

Or... he could have summoned a bunch of bushins for them to actually kill, but I guess when there is actually a real "use" for one of his only three techniques (rasengan, kagebushin, sage mode - the rest are all dependent on these and therefore I don't count them), he fails at using it. Go Naruto! Hey though, at least nobody can say he isn't loyal to his man.

Also, if Danzo wants to swap bodies, he does have all of Roots there to choose from, and they aren't even able to protest... and if they try to fight he can make them paralyzed, so I view that as a possibility. Stupid though, as I do feel his character is completely a waste of ink... but there you go. I am hoping he doesn't want to switch, because we got enough of that with Orochi.

it was so touching how naruto thinks about sasuke...i think he is in love with sasuke...he shared his first kiss with him after all...

Isn't that like a typica ninja uniform? fishnet shirts, black clothes, masks and scarves? I mean, it's like that in Shinobi but it's not likeyou can take info from video games for granted.

Naruto's stupid. People don't feel better even after they've had revenge. They want the guilty party to suffer more, if possible, then they have. There is no possible way that they could vent their frustration just by beating someone up.
