Rename Unfinished to Dropped

Could the "Unfinished" list please be renamed to "Dropped"? Unfinished is a little ambiguous and in my own case creates confusion between manga that I've dropped and those I have put on hold for a variety of reasons. There is nothing ambiguous about "dropped" which explicitly states that I did not like the manga and decided to stop reading it.
Thanks.

Well, there's an on hold list anyways...

Yes, there is an on hold list and I can create custom lists. The problem is that I mistakenly move manga to the unfinished list because I mistakenly think of it as my stalled/hold list. This causes chaos 🙁
Or is there a way to hide or rename an inbuilt list? I guess that'll work too.

Then, mentally use your Unfinished list as your "on hold list" (despite the fact that there already is one called On Hold List).
After that, create a custom list entitled "Dropped".

Well, it seems that you're the one causing it, isn't?

But, isn't my point valid? "Unfinished" is ambiguous while "Dropped" is not. IMHO, it would be prudent to fix the cause rather than cure the symptom. I expect that new users are also puzzled by the terminology.
Additionally, using an inbuilt list for a purpose other than what it was meant for will lead to the Series stats being erroneous.
Please also see http://www.mangaupdates.com/showtopic.php?tid=15591 .
P.S. It would also be nice for newbies if the help text at the top of each list page (in mylist.html) be incorporated as "title" attributes for their respective links on other pages.

I don't get what's so ambiguous about it.
Unfinished means you never finished the series - in other words, DROPPED. Note the past tense.
If you wanna put something on hold, then put it in the On Hold List.
It's pretty much straightforward and simple English.
I seriously don't understand why you're getting your panties in a twist.

"Dropped" is a term commonly used for manga that scanlators have dropped from their list of active projects, so I think your suggestion would confuse the issue further. I made a list for myself called "Rejected" which I use for titles that I keep seeing recommended but that for one reason or another I've decided not to read. Toto's suggestion that you make a custom list called "Dropped" seems like a good solution for you.

If anyone was actually interested in the statistics, this person would not use this site's lists as a means for measuring a series. But if he/she still wanted to, this person would take into account the margin of error that something like this would generate.
However, if someone is just using it for shits and giggles, one person's erroneous list usage would not effect the desired outcome.
Also, you amuse me...
Maybe you should look into treating your own short comings then trying to fix get the symptoms fixed by messing with our lists.

Well, I've tried my best. I guess I'll just have to stick to the workarounds.
Thanks for your time.
