It's been driving me crazy I can't think of the name of this one
It's about a new guy that comes to school and is covered in scars because he was hit by lightning and he makes friends with a guy the guy likes him but can't touch him becaus4 he gets electric shocks there may have been an issue with a brother involved it's all a bit hazy but it's driving me mad.
If any one has any idea what I'm on about I'd appreciate the help.
