It wasn't yaoi but I'm PRETTY sure it was a oneshot that was scanslated with a yaoi or shonen ai manga.

A young boy has a sick sister and can't afford to pay for her bills for surgery to keep her alive. Suicide bomber trainers offer to pay for his sisters bills if he does a mission. They put him in training, and then I remember at the end, some guy who was with him was trying to talk him out of doing it, etc.

It was a oneshot for sure, cause it was pretty short. I doubt it was in a shoujo/josei, because I haven't read many of those. So I'm thinking it was in a shonen ai, yaoi or slash manga.

Also I remember the boy has messy black hair that completely covered his eyes. So you could only see the lower half of his face, really.

Pretty sure its in one of the last volumes of A Night of a thousand dreams
