male protagonist. seems to be an outcast both in public and in his family
born in both a royal or noble family, from some higher/upper realm or divine realm of some sort.
to "contribute" to the society, they are given skills at age 18(iirc) and he gets a seemingly lousy skill and is banished to a lower realm
however, once he gets to the lower realm, he finds out that his given skill is absurdly OP (its some kind of slot machine lottery) and it basically works the best in this lower realm
