Hello,
I'm offering digital manga raws for private use, including scanlation. If there are digital raws available for the manga you're looking for, I can most likely get them.
Conditions:
Advantages of digital raws:
no shipping fees
no scanning required
good quality (only minimal cleaning required)
Instant delivery (I can get you the raws within 1 day if they are available)
the price is comparable and often even cheaper than the Tankoubons (bound volumes) in Japanese stores
Limitations:
Manga sales in digital format are relatively new, so the older the manga you're looking for is, the less likely the chance that I can get it
Price: I charge $5 per item as compensation + the item price.
File format: ZIP Archive or any Ebook format

Wow so you're trying to gain money off of this after learning how to buy the raws from me?
Everyone you can easily just purchase the raws from the same place -shiratori- gets theirs from without the extra $5 fee.
Edit: This might be a good deal for those who don't have a VISA card since Ebook accepts VISA.

I do not buy from Ebook Japan.

The Raws I offer are jpg images in a .zip file, not in some exotic, unconvertable format like the ones Ebook Japan uses.

No, I think you're misunderstanding something too. He's not charging anything for the manga, only his shopping service which is completely different.

I don't know... To be honest, I can't support this, you're basically making money off mangakas' work. Even if you say it's shopping fee... But I do see some people might need these sort of services, expensive as it is. Those who can't get off their ass and Google a bit I mean. I had a time myself paying $150 for a Japan address...
Well in any case, probably won't be using this personally. 25 cents from the rental store is enough for me. 5 bucks is twice the cost of most mangas new. =/
But still, is this allowed? I mean, I remember seeing some rule about no scans or raws on here. Making business on the forum doesn't sound to me like it would be allowed.

You're an idiot. If anyone wants raws without a service charge, - digital or 600+ DPI tank scans - I can provide them.
