Hello! I'm new here but am in several other forums and groups and have a question for everyone!
I'm working on a project and wanted to know what attracts people to forums and make them want to stay?

For me, it's always been the downloads but I've always been interested in the conversations, the posts and opinion of all these different people. I also try my best to reply to several topics as well enabling myself to express myself a way I can't in the physical world. I found forums are also a place where we can say things we can't normally but also attain the opinions from many knowledgeable people from all over the world when we're in need of help.

If you accumulate enough interesting people on your forum, I'm sure more people will come.

Downloads and other peoples' opinions is always what lures me in here, since I find all the mangas I read here and yea like you said: we get different opinions which help us.

Not download (since all I read that is licensed I actually try to buy)
Not make friends (I don't believe in Internet friends)
Not relieve stress (I read manga to relieve stress 🤨 )

I do, however, come to forums to discuss topics I like (manga) and get opinions and recommendations. So I can find what I should read next 😀 The community of this website is quite knowledgable about manga so yeah

What brings me here is to view, discuss and share opinions with other people, since in a forum there are people from all over the world I thought it would be interesting to see how others from different places and circumstances think like 🙂 . I never thought about downloads or to relieve stress because I relieve stress by reading, writing or drawing. To be honest one time I thought about how would it be like to make friends, but I don't think is quite possible and it can be somewhat dangerous. 😀

The interesting convos, I also like to help othes find new manga since I also liketo have a lot od suggestions when I'm searching. Mostly it's to chat to people and share opinons with others all over the world. Internationalisation is an amazing thing!

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.

What downloads? <-< Do you guys mean the releases info?

The different topics (not just limited to manga) and the members here are what attract me to this forum~ But MU's (as in just the site) easy-to-navigate database is the reason I came here in the first place and is why I'm still here. :'D

I like these forums. Wide range of topics, jokes replies, interesting members.

List feature is the bomb, along with the releases page.
