I as an otaku male would like to state that I've got no idealized woman.
I've found myself liking ugly nice girls more that pretty bitchy ones altought I am not
some grass haired half-bald geek glasses otaku. Well, the Japanese otaku is totally
different for I have not yet met any of those anime bedsheet humpers outside Japan.
My friends I and they with themselves are not even near alike.

Oh man, you guys are lucky having friends that like anime/manga! >.< Of course I've made my best friend get into a whole bunch of manga (cuz I let her borrow mine), but she can't watch any anime cuz her mom doesn't like it T.T And recently she even stopped letting her read manga! Lately when I talk to her about anything about anime/manga, I feel like she's just getting annoyed and uninterested, so I stopped talking about it as much 😢 (and it's really what I want to talk about the most).
My sister hates half the things I watch (cuz she's a crackhead) and all my other friends hardly even know what anime is! (Once my friend called Naruto "Nataro" 🤣 lmao). It must be nice to be surrounded by people who like anime/manga 😢

You don't? Welp, you're prolly one of the few exceptions. Male otaku (and female ones too) do have idealized partners from anime/games.

That sounds familiar xD Whenever i want to talk to someone about anime/manga, I always start by trying to make it sound like I'm not THAT interested to save myself from embarrassment when they don't care. T_T On top of that I don't really know anyone who likes manga, just anime, so it can get lonely xD

My cousin and I are exactly the same. Well, almost. She was the one who introduced some manga to me and now I love reading manga! We talk about A LOT of stuff and that ends up costing our parents because she lives in Canada.
My parents have NO idea that I read manga. Which is good because I'm pretty sure they would get annoyed by the fact that I'm reading too much. Especially my sister. Heck, my mom reads a lot too! (Into Chinese stories)

I also have a cousin that likes almost the same things that I do, since I introduced her to anime and manga 😀 just spreading the disease to the famaly!!!

And also my best friend and I are a bunch of geeks, lol, since she is not bothered to cosplay and actually go to a restaurant in an her outfit (after a convention) And of course i'm by her side also cosplaying along too~ 😛
