Unohana Retsu. She seems to be the most mature, clear-minded, calm, collected, and well-balanced in terms of being both incredibly kind and generous but also strict on her division, and she isn't really part of all this stupid child/teenage drama. If I was serving as a Shinigami, I would want to be under her command.

I totally love Byakuya! I liked him from the start. ;w; But to be honest... I like most of the captains, except for Aizen and the blind guy.

1... Yamamoto Genryuusai, mister grandpa with his sometimes weird antics and sometimes (most of the time?) strict demeanor. <3
2... Soi Fon the cute girl with a tough attitude rofl. Give her Yoruichi-sama and she's the most adorable thing ever. XD But she's so tough and so proud. She's really cool. 8]
3... Ichimaru Gin... Well I don't want to spoil anyone so I am not going to say anything about him except for that I never was able to actually hate or dislike him.
4... Unohana Retsu... I wish she was my mom. ;-; Or not. <.< >.> Anyways she's so cool. <3 She always keeps her cool, she seems really warm but is strict whenever she needs to be. That's what I call a good woman (mother)! > 😮
5... Aizen Sousuke... 😐 Like I said... Don't like him much. I am not a fan of traitors. D:< It's a waste of good looks. ;w;
6... KUCHIKI BYAKUYA <3 My all time favourite with a difficult personality and a smexy (drawn 😐 ) face <3 Although he doesn't look as good in suits as he does in hakamas or some other type of kimono. (random 8D) But when I first saw his shikai and bankai... I totally fell in love with him. <3 And he's so good at kido.
... The 7th squad captain is the fox guy right? 😮 I tend to forget him. ;-; But when he does appear somewhere I like his proud and righteous way of thinking... He seems like a nice guy. 8D Who's easily forgotten. 😐
8... Kyouraku Shunsui... I totally forgot his name was Shunsui, that's one sexy name. O.o Anyways, he's the cool oji-san type who's known to be the pervert in the family, baha. 8D Can't hate him at all~~ He's so cool and it's cool how he and Ukitake are the only ones with double swords. <3
9... This is the blind guy's squad right? 😐 Meh I don't even know his name... I totally don't like him, can't say more about him.
10... Hitsugaya Toushirou... his surname is so cool. o.o;;;; His whole name is cool actually. 8] And his zanpakutou and just everything! The silver hair and the blue green eyes and just everything about him is cool. If only he were older I wouldn't feel like a pedo. 😐
11... Zaraki Kenpachi... The guy who only thinks about fighting and laughs the loudest whenever he's cut by someone who he thinks is probably strong enough to kill him or fight him till near death... He is... cool... awesome... BUT FOR SOME REASON I AM MORE INTERESTED IN YACHIRU ;w;~~
12... Ahhh Kurotsuchi Mayuri... The crazy scientist. 8D He's mean and a jerk sometimes, but I still like how he's devoted to science. He seems creepy but he just doesn't want anyone or anything to stop him from researching whatever or whoever, it's all to learn new things and those things actually do become useful later on. 😐 I dunno, I like him.
13.................................. Ukitake Juushirouuuuu -swoon.- The uncle who has already white hair but with a face as if he was only in his 20's. 😐 But I want to know more about his illness. 😐 They never said anything detailed about his illness in the manga or anime. > 😐

toshiro has always been my fav but im really starting to love mayuri, his sadistic attitude is pure gold to me. i usually hate mad scientists but he has won me over. and he has sex with nemu to heal her lol guy is a pure WIN
