I'm curious about how many people find out about products to read and anime to watch... but more so for reading... Maybe I'm strange, but I open YouTube and Facebook/Instagram and as I watch the reels, I occasionally come across videos with chapters and then the title. I read the plot and if I like it, I add it to my “To read” list. My problem is that I don't always have access to the site, and often (too often) I just take a screenshot of the title and move on to the next video...🙄 Anyone else like me? What method do you use to discover new series?😁

For me, when I use to read more, I would explore the release pages or new uploads. When the scanlations use to be uploaded onto a single site, I'd just look through works that scanlation teams were working on. honestly, scan teams and their raw providers have great taste. XD but now, it's more.... Lurking in discord chats and following up on some of the groups that are still picking up new projects.

Occasional, I also go to "looking for" forums and see if theres any general ones that I'd also be interested in and clicking to see what other people suggest.

I read manga a lot and it's been several years too (oba-chan here) lool I have my own reading/plan to read list on MyAnimeList and Anilist. Sometimes a friend recommend me something. What kind of mangas do you like? :) maybe I can recommend something.
