I'm 6'4" also don't forget you grow an inch after a night of sleep because your body is in a relaxed state. So just measure your self in the morning if you want an extra inch. 🤣

It has to do with the expansion of the cartilage between your spine. After laying down all night, it inflates and expands giving you that extra inch. When you walk around all day and sit upright, the cartilage compressed down and you lose that inch by the end of the day.

My mom's friend (my uncle, but not technically related) was able to get out of being drafted to the Vietnam war in the 60's because he was really tall and he made the cut off for height by one inch after laying down all day and actually being carried in the supine position to the recruitment depot.

Life is tough......but it's tougher if you're stupid.
