The light blue boxes that usually surround the quotes are gone, along with the light blue boxes that are around the titles of the posts, and separating the posts. I thought it was just my browser (Chrome) acting up randomly, so I refreshed, but the problem still persists. Then I thought that I should update my Java, to Java 6, but I already have the latest update.

As of now, it's really hard for me to differentiate one user's posts from another, and to tell when a quote ends.

Try clearing your cache. This happened to me, but it has stopped for a while.
