and the cover has some authors but noone of them seems to have not even similar art....

I looked around and found B Rash is a publication by Movic.
I looked at the link you gave and the bottom of the picture says that the cover picture is by Yukifuna Kaoru.

Yeah...it should be. I can't find it either. I only found the titles for the other mangakas but not Yukifuna.

Well I searched around and it looks like it's just an Illustration by Yukifuna Kaoru. No manga, she does a lot of them and only has a few titles out.
