I think it was a one-shot in a series (i have really bad memory TT^TT )

this is all i can remember:
Guy sells attempts to sell his body to get medicine for his seme (who i think is ex-gang member) since without would die, Seme rushes in gets uke back, but result in him having an attack and coughs up blood. they return ....and i can't remember much of the middle but i think the end uke says/think something about wanting to be his wings/angel
