The main character is a female artist working on ero scenes for I think visual novels or something? She's new to the scene and gets scolded/advice from another coworker (stereotypical tall skinny otaku type guy). One chapter I remember she gets yelled at for not doing a good job drawing censored penises. In another she defends her company when her friend is dissing that type of work.

In case it is, you should probably be aware that its scanlation (except for the oneshot/chapter 0) was done by a troll group. And the translation is very "liberal", to the point where some dialogues are closer to a rewrite. So it's best to approach translated chapters with a bucket of salt.

ah yeah that's it! too bad about the translation though. maybe i can go find the raws somewhere.
