I am in dire need of a translator or two

My group previously had two translators but both of them quit within a week of each other. I've been searching for new ones for about six months now with no luck 😔 I would like to find one as soon as possible because I really want to get back to doing what I love... 😢
Anyway, what I'm looking for is at least one decent Japanese to English translator to join my scanlation group, I'd prefer to get 2 or 3, but just one would be better than none...
If you're interested please send me an email/PM/IM and I'll send you a translator test, just to verify your ability 😛

Could we get some info about the titles and your group? 😉

I formed a new scanlation group about a 10 months ago, we had 2 cleaners, 3 editors, 3 typesetters, 3 proofreaders, 1 Chines translator, 1 German translator, and 2 Japanese translators. Now, due to personal problems, both our Japanese translators quit. Since then, we closed our website down and changed our name, basically were starting from scratch.
Our new name is Doranku Neko Scans, DNS for short.
These are the projects we'll be working on as of now, once we get some translators of course:
-Koi Neko
-Onikirisama no Hakoirimusume
-Dance in the Vampire Bund
-Spice and Wolf
-Negima!? Neo
-Lucky Star
These are the genres we focus on:
-Adventure -Action -Comedy
-Ecchi -Fantasy -Harem
-Romance -School Life
-Seinen -Shoujo -Shounen
-Slice of Life -Supernatural
I know there's a lot, but we usually choose manga with 5 or more of these genre types...
Now stay with me here, this is my ideal situation for the group.
I'd like to get 4 or more Japanese translators, 2 cleaners(unless we find more are needed), 4 editors/proofreaders, and finally 4 typesetters.
The plan would then be to split our force in half to make two equal teams, that way we'll double our output. Of course I would lead one team and Connorthecreator (the other founder) would lead the other.
Once teams are decided, we'd then choose what manga to start with and a projected release schedule. We'd have a group meeting via Skype or some other IM'ing service once a week with both teams to check on progress and such. Connorthecreator and I would manage our teams and make sure everything goes smoothly from initial translation to eventual release...
Well that's basically the whole plan, pretty good don't ya think?
As I said before, we closed our old site so as soon as we get some dedicated translators, site building is on hold...
Anything other questions?
