Okay I can remember a girl is cleaning a church and accidentally pricks her finger, and somehow releases a vampire I think it was, actually I think he was the king of monsters XD, and only she can give him blood, I think she's at an all girls school, and I remember later on in the series, for some reason she would have to become the monster queen. It's rather shoujo-y, and cute.
