Is it intentional that the authors name is in Kamen Teacher's and Toriko's main title? Its kinda obsolate and bothers me that its not uniform, or how should I say it. I think its understandable of what am I trying to say, right?

Yes, because titles with the same name are done by different mangaka/artists. There needs to be a way to differentiate which title belongs to which mangaka.
