I read the first few chapters of this manga earlier, but I can't remember where or the name of it. It's possible it was on onemanga and was dropped.

I think it's shounen ai. It's in a dystopian future and there are these people who are, I think, artificial or altered humans, I can't remember. The two main characters are like that. One was raised by a scientist as his child/grandchild. I remember it opening with a truck above ground (most cities are below, I think), where the two main characters and another man are crossing above ground, where it's very barren, and they run into a woman. They take her back to their headquarters, which I think is some sort of resistance... and that's as far as I read.

I just want the title, it's been bugging me for a while.

Possibly Itsuka Sukida to Itte By MIZUSHIRO Setona?

I don't recall the scenery and stuff. I'm assuming it's very barren..
