Just start read this manga but found 2 versions : uncensored version and normal version.
1.Did mangaka draw it 2 versions , or just fan-made uncensored it ?
and
2.Did all volumes already uncensored ?

i dont know if its fanmade or not, but where did u read the uncensored version?

If I'm not mistaken, there is an official uncensored version. I havent checked out the fan made ones though...

The chinese official releases are uncensored.

There is an official version of To love ru uncesored, there is a scalation group that traslates it in spanish, they have 14 volumes scanlated of the uncesored version, the group is called Sukebe Buntai y think they are in a cooperative work with Clubmaz i´m not sure, you can find them in mangahelpers.com, if not there is this other link: http://www.mcanime.net/descarga_directa/manga/detalle/mfmu_to_loveru_manga_hq_sin_censura_tomos_14/13842

both run there... it's not fanmade. it's official.. maximum7 team scanlated uncensored chapters once.. the chapter where they're on the bath house

The censored version is the one running in the magazine, the uncensored version is in the Tankoubon. That's it.

As for groups scanlating the uncensored version in English, there's been releases by Musashi Quality and by Hazukashi.

Hazukashi & Musashi Quality have finished vol 1 and should be continuing at least for vol 2 and 3. as for 4-9 there is an active torrent of the uncensored versions of those in a batch on tokyotosho but its from like august of 08. then for vol 10 you can go to maximum 7. as far as anything past that though i haven't been able to track anything down.

I noticed that too. I own vols. 1-2 in Japanese and I compared it to the magazine chapters. The Tankoban releases are uncensored while magazine releases are. From the very beginning in volume 1, chapter 1, where Rito finds Lala rapped in a towel, her boob is showing and her arm is slightly longer. In the Magazine cencored release, her boob was edited and her arm was shorter making it look like she was trying to cover it.

I've heard that Japan censors their stuff, but I never actually believed it until I saw this, and after watching Dragon Ball Kai. ^^;

Yea, it was censored in the magazine run and uncensored in the full volume releases.

Kind of like how mangaka's adds in extra pages sometimes for full releases.
