Well actually Pain and Konan is from the Rain village and Kushina (Naruto's mom) is from the Wirlpool village, both from the same Water Country, but i don't think that those two villages had nothing to do with each other, but i maybe wrong. 😐

Oh, that's probably were my confusion arose, because in my previous post I was hinting at a possible connection between Pain and Naruto.

Don't you remember a few chapters back where Ebisu is reminiscing about the past? It starts to show that the people are slowly accepting him.
