doesnt seem like fan made and might be a possible ending of naruto

That is an OVA that was given to the first 5,000 people to buy a new Naruto shirt. It doesn't foreshadow a thing, as we all know Naruto won't use the Chakra blades, and Naruto right now IS stronger than Sasuke.

how do u know he wont use chakra blades? as far as i know he doesnt have anything to counter Sasukes kusanagi and hes only stronger for now since Itachis eyes arent ready for usage but when they are who knows what will happen
and the ova might be there to give an insight to what may come so ur point is invalid

I don't think it was actually trying to be an "ending" type OVA at all. It seems more like it's mimicking the Naruto-Sasuke fight from chapters 482 to 487. The idiosyncrasies are the chakra blades, the lack of Kakashi (and Sakura) until the end (when he would have collapsed from the poison, not the battle), that Kabuto and Madara were working together at that point, and the fact that it wasn't just a chidori-rasengan clash.

It makes more sense, especially considering that he will be using the Kyuubi chakra in whatever last battle there might be, barring some plot twist where Madara gets it out and he survives.

i think it forshadows something. but its not the ending cuz tobi and kabuto is still alive
