keeping track of random manga to read now or later

I have been visiting the site for quite a while (about a year), but only joined about a week ago because I was bored and wanted to joined a manga community, I chose this site because got a lot of members and I visited regularly.

Well at first, I used this site for a while without joining as I used it to find new manga series to read. Then I decided to join so I could keep track of the manga i'd read.

I didn't post for around a month, then I decided to start. I've stuck with it ever since 😃

good place to keep track on those rough diamond
beside why do you put it in such manner? "why in the world" seem like this place is quite absurd!

i joined because i was just fine being a lurker,
but then i stumbled across some incorrect information on a manga page, so i decided i wanted to fix it.

so ever since, it's been that way. I started posting on the forums a year after i joined. o;
(what took me so long!)

i love the lists feature! it makes me feel all organized=-)
and i don't have to remember anything in my head. also knowing when my favourite mangas are released makes me sooo happy <3 😀

I joined because i have atraction about data bases. I feel good to know something i wrote may help decide others what manga read.

well, I found the site very informative when it comes to a lot of mangas but I joined the site to mainly keep track of the releases and the manga that I am reading.

I didn't for a while, but joined finally when, I think, I wanted to change something about the information of a series.

But it was a long time ago so my memory might be faulty.

just to see new releases mainly, i find this the best and fastest way to keep track of when new chapters are coming out. dropping by every single scanlation group site is a bit unrealistic when you're in a rush. i use the lists as well.

the mangaupdates forums also attracted me, since they are quite active. i'm a bit of a lurker but post every once in a while, it's nice to be part of a community. one of the best things about being into anime and manga i guess.

The recruitment thread. I wanted to join a scanlation team, but now I use the forums, too. I haven't really tried out the manga lists stuff yet.

First time was to post in a recruitment thread. O_O
