As of today, 12/11/2011, the release of Nabari no Ou v.14 c.69 by Izanagi is listed as released 0 days ago on the manga page. It was released on 11/13/2011.

That's correct; and if you look at the releases list you'll see the correct date (11/13/2011). I believe this is a limitation of the code, in that it uses the date it the release was reported to MU rather than the actual release date (which is reflected in the list of releases).

I think it depends on when the release is added, not when the actual release was.

I think I saw the NnO release appear on mangaupdates on 11/13/11, but I'm not sure.

Dream C Club dj - Dream Paradise is another example of odd arithmetic but I think the circumstances are completely different.

NnO just popped up to the top of my manga list despite there being no releases.

Old releases have been reported to us and are pending admin approval (so that the correct dates would be reflected in the database).

Titles get bumped to the top of reading lists (assuming they're sorted according to latest releases) as soon as a release is reported.
