Searching for a slow yaoi

Its a slow-paced manga. I remember a train and living in different places, being separated possibly through the majority of the series. I remember both men were at least boyish if not out-right "straight-acting". Probably shounen-ai, or if it was yaoi it took it's sweet time getting there...
Possibly by the same creator who wrote about two college roommates, where at least one vehemently denied ever being interested in guys (of course it turned out to be yaoi in the end). I know that sounds like every other yaoi manga out there, but that's as best as I can give. I at least read these two around the same time.
sigh Yes, sorry, I know I could not be more vague. D= This is what happens when you take a year off yaoi and forget to write down your favorites. It would help if I could out-right buy the ones I like... unfortunately, I just can't find them in the States.
I just remember it was slow, tender, sweet, and honestly well-written. I'm the type who likes the chase more than the prize so it really stuck with me. If this rings a bell I'm forever grateful.
If you can't find it then rec'ing anything that sounds similar would be so wonderful! Or just rec's of manga that you think I'd like.
~I also like Life, Love by Nishida Higashi... Dog Style by; Motoni Modoru... and Kaze no Yukue by Kunieda Saika. ~<3

I'm thinking Dear Green: Hitomi no Ounowa by Fujiyama Hyouta.
And perhaps the other manga you referred to is Lovers In 1K Apartment, by the same mangaka.

the paradise on the hill has a slow pace.
I remember a yamada yugi one where they're long distance.
