famous movie catch phrases

Well, I had to vote for MTFBWY because I'm a HUGE Star Wars fan.
However, these were the first catch phrases I thought of when I saw the title of the thread:
"I'll be back." (Terminator)
"Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." (Forrest Gump)
"Show me the money!" (Jerry McGuire)
"What is the Matrix?" (Matrix) [Also: "Good evening, Mr. Anderson."]
"Here's looking at you, kid." (Casablanca)
"I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse." (The Godfather)
"I see dead people." (The Sixth Sense)
"Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice!" (uh... duh)
"Badges? We don't need no stinkin' badges!" (from Blazing Saddles, parodied from the lines in Treasure of the Sierra Madre)
I also agree with several of jinx's:
"Get busy living, or get busy dying." (Shawshank Redemption)
"I feel the need... the need... for speed." (Top Gun)
Honorable mention:
"Why so serious?" (The Dark Knight) - for being the newest one. =)
If you've ever thought or said "Nice Guys finish last" and really meant it, then you should probably read this LJ post by DivaLion. It's incredibly insightful whether you're male or female.
From a bumper sticker I like:
"If you're gonna ride my ass, at least pull my hair."
"Never trust an Elf! "
"What do you want me to do, dress in drag and do the hula? "
"Boo, you whore. "

and
"You masturbate more than anyone on the planet."
both from Dogma. Man, that movie was awesome.

My brother is insisting I add some more quotes.
Blade Runner:
"Wake up, it's time to die"
"Now all those moments will be lost like tears in the rain"
"It's too bad she won't live, but then again, who does?"
"Is this testing whether I'm a Replicant or a lesbian, Mr. Deckard?"
"I want more life, f***er"
"The candle that burns twice as bright lasts half as long"
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
"Humma Kavula is a person? I thought he was swearing!"
"Earth: Mostly harmless" (okay, it was a deleted scene, but it counts)
"Resistance is futile."
"Hello, ground."
"His hunches are good! Arthur! I say we go!"
"Go with a hunch of a man who's brain is fueled by lemons?"
"Life, don't talk to me about life."
"I've been talking to the computer...it hates me."
"Don't panic."
"According to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the best drink in the known universe is the Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster. It has the effect of having your brains smashed out with a slice of lemon... wrapped around a large gold brick."
"Vogon poetry is the third worst in the Universe. The second worst is that of the Azgoths of Kria. During a recitation by their Poet Master Grunthos the Flatulent of his poem "Ode to a Small Lump of Green Putty I Found in My Armpit One Midsummer Morning" four of his audience members died of internal hemorrhaging, and the President of the Mid-Galactic Arts Nobbling Council survived by gnawing one of his own legs off. The very worst poetry in the universe was written by Paula Nancy Millstone Jennings of Sussex. Thankfully it was destroyed when the earth was."
...just watch the movie. Pretty much everything is funny
Robin Hood: Men in Tights
"It takes a real man to wear tights."
"He deered to shoot a king's dare. Dared to shoot a kings deer."
"Unlike other Robin Hoods, I can speak with a british accent." gasp
"No ding ding without a wedding ring"
Various
"I fart in your general direction." (Monty Python...Holy Grail)
"Humans are a virus." (The Matrix)
"Tina, you fat lard, come get some dinner" (Napoleon Dynamite)
"Pedro offers you his protection." (same as above)
"NYPD.. that stands for Knock your punk-a** down." (MIB)
"Do you know what your sin is?"
"Aw, hell, I'm kinda a fan of all seven, but right now, I'm gonna have to go with wrath." (Firefly)
"Pull my finger" (Children of Men)
...guess sci-fi's make the best quotes...
I am a breath of insanity in a world of chaos.
Me: Performing Random Acts of Klutziness for over 30 years.
either "the name is bond. james bond." or "yeah, baby!/shall we shag now or shall me shag later?"
