Can someone please direct me to the chapeter where this character was introduced? I am sure i read all the chapters thoroughly, but apparently not since i dont have any idea where this character came from. Thanks in advanced!

He appeared after the timeskip, so my guess is we'll get an explanation/flashback about him later.
