Never seen a thigh high sock before? Stockings can't rumple up like that, or be that white. They don't wrap around the foot as stockings normally do either, stockings show more shape. And finally socks are more school uniformish.

I think there are some misunderstanding between the terms.
Stockings aren't only limited to sexy lingerie and office ladies.

There are even rainbow-colored stockings. 🤣

I've seen those, the leg showed through way to much, the rainbow had liek a brownish tint to it.
