Hi, dumb little me forgot the title of a oneshot.

It's about a young man who takes his dog to a pet shop/vet. The dog makes to much noise and the man want's to end that. The shop owner (the sadistic seme) invites the man (the m uke) to the back of the shop, were the uke gets a collar around his neck, that's normally used to train dogs..
