Can you suggest any romance manga where the female lead is very athletic.
-If possible I want her to be involve in only 1 sport.
-No shoujo cliche where the female lead can do any kind of sports just because she's athletic.
-For the male lead, I want him to be the smart guy/honor student type.
-I also want the male lead to be ordinary or weak in sports (this is optional but if you can find me one then the better)

Boy's life revolves around studying so he can become a doctor (smart). He meets his childhood friend again after 8 years who's kind of a delinquent and good at karate (athletic). She wants him to help her study because she wants to get into the same highschool as this boy she's in love with. Eventually the boy realizes that he's still in love with her after all these years. She eventually realizes she's in love with him as well.

It's a sweet story that I wish there had been more of.
