So, it's been a really long time and I barely remember anything about this manga.
Here's what I do remember.

• it's a two chapter manga
• it's about a girl, her best friend, and this guy
• the best friend is the typical girly girl, I think, while the main girl loves soccer and is a tomboy
• the best friend goes to this cram school where she meets main dude and gets a crush on him
• main girl picks up the friend from cram school every day and ends up meeting him
• the main dude and girl along with main dudes friends end up playing soccer at some point and all become friends
• main dude ends up getting a crush on main girl
• main girl rejects him because of the friend even though she likes him back
• you later find out the the friend didn't actually like main dude at all
• there's this scene where the main girl is crying and main dude comforts her
• there's this one scene where they talk about this friendship bracelet that both main girl and the friend both have
• it ends with the main guy and girl getting together

I think it was a long title and that it had something like seinen or seiryuu or something like that in it.
