another categories tag related bug

this problem only occur whenever i'm not logged in
whenever i press the "Show all (some hidden)" button on the categories section of any manga info page, instead of showing all the category tags, they disappear (as in there's nothing there..)
or is this one of the members only feature.. but if it is, then what is it doing there?
