It's been several years since I read this manga so I don't remember too many details:
It's about 2 boys in high school who are close friends and most of their classmates think they're dating, but they aren't in the beginning. But then they either decide to try dating or they discover that they have feelings for each other; I don't remember how they got together but they do. That's all I can really remember about it, except I think there was a baby involved towards the end, after they get together. I don't know if they were just babysitting it, but they bring him to school with them.

Sounds like Momoiro Junjou Danshi but there is no baby in it.
