I've read most of sensei's work and I love her way of storytelling but this is one I can't get the main point of the story or the ending. Anyone can explain it?
It's midnight here so maybe my mind is in poor state but I still love to know your interpretation or even view of the whole story. 🙂
i just read nakamura's works.. i like her works. But this one is kinda creepy/scarry... it's chill me.
This is my interpretation:
The man drank the Huan Ying Tea which offered to him by the black-glasses guy, then he saw a pretty girl. They were spend a night together >>>Having sex.
When the man woke up in the morning, the girl had dissapeared.
The truth,,,, he saw an illusion, the girl wasn't really exist... the moth did exist.
And he was having sex with the moth.
(How a human can do it with a moth??? Don't ask me. It's just the story tells so....)
At the end of page, the moth laid her eggs. (I think it's the result of one night with the man)May be, the first moth which was killed before, it's her mate????
English is my 2nd language
sorry if you're a bit confused

Thanks for the explanation.
I'd totally missed that. 🙂 And especially, the dress she was wearing... ^^;;
