The story takes place at a Military Academy or Military Facility for teenagers or something.

There are boys and girls at this Military Academy.

I think there was an explosion or an alien bomb that turned many (or some of them) boys and instructors into girls.

There was a lot of reluctance to admit the ex-boys and now girls in the women’s bath...

Well, “unfortunately”, the sexual change ou gender bender has been permanent.

I think Manga did not have many chapters or volumes. And the its name is not Blue Drop.
