i was wondering if the movie is worth the watch. Can someone tell me if they go into all the characters stories or is it just the main character and Kiriyama?

It's an EPIC movie!!! One of my fav. movies of all time!
It's not just bout kiriyama..or Shuuya..or Noriko..or Kawada. It's about everything! The movie's well-casted! The rest of the class give deep impressions on me, even the minor characters! The drama, the characters, the music...everything's AWESOME.
But dont compare it with the novel or the manga, the manga gives a different perspective of the game and the characters. The manga has more CHARACTER STORIES but the movie is totally different. But it does have some background story on Shuuya, Kawada and Mitsuko. But REALLY, the movie is a very good adaptation!
But I'm not a fan of Battle royale II though.

The manga and Novel are 1000000000000000x better than the Movie.
But Its still worth a one time watch.

pretty much agree with Identity Crisis here...
i just watched it and im not as satisfied as i had been from reading the manga...
actually it feels like i was just looking at a bunch of people killing each other...there was not much story in it..at least the manga gave a deeper story to the characters...in the manga they just looked like thingys used for target shooting...yeah i know comparing it to the manga isnt fair...so yeah for what its worth...i enjoyed watching it!! 😀

as allways japanese actors are at best halfgood
[popular idols get parts in tv/movies ASO]
but
Beat Takeshi makes this movie awesome
