I read this up until about the 4th volume, but it seemed like it was going to be one of those titles where the romance progress was going to stay frozen until the end, so i put it down. I just want to know what happened to the main couple if anyone wants to give Me a summary, thanks in advance.

Shizuku and Haru got together in Volume 8, Chapter 31 after Yamaken, who developed feelings for Shizuku, confessed in front of everyone. During the same day at night, Haru asked her out and said he was not doing it because of Yamaken. After Shizuku accepted, both of them wondered why it took so long. They are a happy couple to the end of the series with no problems happening after getting together.
