Hidden bullies

At first I wanted to bump stalkers thread, but no. If the subject was already discussed, please point me.
So, anyone knows hidden bullies' stories? (not sure about the definition)) Have you ever been one? Your opinion on the matter, it's nature. Whatever.
For example, I've got three little cases.
My relative about my age once showed me a couple of pics his friend gave him. That were photos of a particular girl (gosh, I even remember her name). The most exciting thing was her ugliness (nah, not really). But turned out she had quite slutty behaviour so it calms me down a bit. Just a tiny bit.
So in the total he and his friend actually spent some ammount of time together discussing how lame she is. 😐
One guy online sent me pictures of his fellow-student. They were even photoshoped to explain the matter of his ugliness. The sincere expression was unbearable, that guy had no idea what for he was photographed.
Third. The target was actually me. 😐
Being a bully Seems like about it òÖ

So you're basically asking if we ever mocked someone behind their back?
I actually try to do it face to face, if I can.
But I guess I make fun of people if they made some statement that's made of twit...and sometimes based on their musical preferences.
I don't think I ever 'hidden bullied' anyone based on their appearances. But I was in a presence of people doing so, I try to ignore it or point out their own obvious flaws.
Also I don't know If I ever was a victim of 'hidden bullying'...I think I would be presuming much if I said I wasn't.
If the sea were made of Whiskey and I was a duck
I'd swim to the bottom and never come up
I don't know if this is one but I'll tell the story anyway.
I was seating in my classroom with some of my friends and I overheard a story about a girl who got caught with her boyfriend by her mom. Her boyfriend and her kept doing what they were doing, telling him don't mind her mother. I didn't mean to over hear but they were loud.
At lunch I heard the same story from some of my other group of friends. I was closer with these group of friends. Anyway I told them I heard that story. One of the girls asked me where I had heard it and I told her.
Next day I'm in the classroom again and I get a note from the girl who was telling my the story. This how the note went.
She wrote
"Did you tell (my friend) that I was telling everyone what happen to (the girl in the story)?"
I was like OMG and I looked at her. She wasn't mad she was upset. Thats not what I told my friend I told her something way different.
So I wrote
"NO! Thats not what I said. I told her I over heard you talking to (another one of my friends) about what happen."
She wrote back "OH"
I went to my friend who told her that stupid lie and asked her why she did what she did. She was all like she shouldn't have been talking about it like that anyway. I told her that she was talking about it so what was the difference? I didn't feel like fighting so I left.
I thought it was over but no 🤢
The girl in the story came to me asking me what happen because she was mad at the girl who was telling the story. I had to explain everything to her. After that the girl in the story didn't like me because she concidered it to be my fault. I almost lost to of my friends. I found out later that the girl who was suppose to be friend didn't like the girl who telling the story. So she used me as a way for people to think that she likes telling peoples secrets or something. 🙄
I hope you guys understand because i didn't want to give out names or whatever. 😛
well,my cousin makes the meanest comments about every single woman in a beauty pageant. he would say, "eeww, look at that girl, she looks like a stick.." or "that girl's nose is like pinocchio's nose when he lies." -.- sometimes,i wonder if he's commenting on the pretty girls cos he's jealous he can't be that pretty.making me think what his gender really is.or if he's just a plain old shit-talker.
and another one would be his sister [even though they're my relatives, i sometimes wonder if they're good people or not O.o]
we go to the same school and she would make comments about the weird people in our school.she would also make rumors about other if she hates them.
*man,i wish my relatives weren't this evil...
as of myself being a bully behind someone's back, no.i'm a good girl 😀 [i swear.]

isn't that just being a Jerk/Ass/Dick?
Yeah, I know it sounds wrong
If i am going to make fun of someone i do it to their face. At least then they can defend themselves in the event of misinformation.
I'd like it if they showed the same level of courtesy, but they don't.

I'm pretty sure I've been a target of "hidden bullies" 🤣 Although I wouldn't think of it as bullying, since I don't care what people I don't really know say about me behind my back.
As for me, I don't do it. O_O If I'm going to be bitchy, at least I do it when they're present.

I remember something like this happening. There was this girl, who was in a grade above mine and was I suppose my sister's mortal enemy, and worked on the year book staff. Apparently, she was going through the pictures, and when she came to mine, she started bad talking me and telling everyone else on the committee that my sister had said to her that I had aids.
lol inorite? The worst part was, I had never met the girl, and I didn't even know her name.

@Chaoswind
Jerk/Ass/Dick is such a loose concept...
I have another one
I was waiting for the store to open with two other my groupmates. Somehow one of them started complain of a lack of time, studies, tiredness and so on. The other girl supported her talking by asking more questions about her life. So she went very detailed about her dog, parents, her and her boyfriend plans on the future, what she does besides studies etc. I was like "What are you doing?!" to the instigator but of course was ignored. The next period I overheard that girl retelling the conversation to a couple of other our groupmates and mocking the other girl.

I try not to gossip, and especially not to spread any rumors on people.
That's mean, hurtful and just plain stupid.
I do complain on people a lot.
But only to my close friends, who I know won't go around spreading dirt on anybody.
Of course, I'm not a perfect saint and I had my moments of shame...
In 7-8th grade, there was this one girl who was mocked for many reasons.
I tried being ok with her in the beginning, but for some reason I joined the mockery, and even threw some unpleasant comments at her direction...
Mostly to her face, but also with friends...
I just joined them and didn't say anything against their mockery.
And for that, I feel ashamed.
I never actually "bullied" other people.
When someone pissed me off with idiotic/ugly/horrible behaviour I just said it to their face.
And I have heard other being "hidden bullies", but nothing interesting I can fully remember.
Hrodulf and Bjornolfr, you will not be forgotten.

I never understood girls who gossip behind each other's backs. I spent time in a very 'proper' school: that is, the sort where all the girls are bitchy and know how to pull it off like saints. They would *never *say something like that about another person!
...Before then, I thought that bullying was punching someone. Oh goodness, was I wrong, so I stayed quiet and got bullied like crazy (oh, but they weren't ever at fault. I was, because I wasn't pretty or rich. Not kidding: the teachers thought that way too).
Dance academies can be like that, but I was always friends with the bullies, though I never got involved with the gossip. Who cares if so-and-so isn't 'thin enough' to be a dancer, or too tall to be in the class?
