Forgot This Yaoi Title...

There's a yaoi manga that I read not too long ago and forgot the title, but here are some things I still remember:
-Boy's school
- Uke is blond, Seme has black hair; are childhood friends and seme is in love with dense/straight blond.
- Share same room with bunk bed
Uke was rejected a long time ago by girl so went to a boy's school with seme. Wasn't aware of the high amount of gay guys there who are attracted to uke for looking so girly, so seme ends up scaring/threatening all the other guys away. In the end, the two pretends to be a couple.
Okay, I know those sound SUPER generic so here are the more unique things I remember:
- There was a runaway from school chapter where the school chairman and director (who are both rather campy) helped them out.
- Uke has a rival who initial tried to give them tips on how to adapt and is related to school chairman/director.
- Last chapter was during some kind of summer festival and uke was wearing a kimono
- Seme's family owns an alcohol store
- School chairman/ director lent them a yaoi manga to help them decide on whether who's on top/bottom.
